Great experience with We Can Do It. Of the 4 estimates I took, they were the only company that provided me with a written set of 3 possible scenarios and prices for each. We had a Moen Flo automatic water shutoff system installed and they arrived on time, consulted me throughout the day when needed, and worked in a focussed manner. Communication was easy, pleasant, and thorough. I will use We Can Do It Plumbing in the future without hesitation.

I will always hire Carbo for anything plumbing related.I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else. They have installed new water lines into my home, replaced a Sani-flo toilet, plus a few other odd jobs, and have listened patiently to my numerous concerns over the years. Carbo is SUPER knowledgeable- to the point that I now think of plumbing as a science, and Carbo and their team should get the Nobel Prize in physics!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Scheduling time with We Can Do It Plumbing to come take a look at my toilet was easy, convenient, and the turnaround time was just as easy and surprisingly fast. Carbo was very knowledgeable and they took the time to explain what was happening with my toilet and answer all my questions about it (and other various plumbing questions I had). They were also very easy to chat with, listening to my future bathroom dreams, and mentioned some referrals for tradespeople or businesses in east bay for materials. As a new homeowner, it's been difficult to find folks I can trust, who won't rip me off and know what they're doing. But I can finally say, I've found "my plumber." Carbo was quick to figure out the problem with my toilet, quick to fix it, and the price was reasonable. When I start my future plumbing projects, I'll definitely have We Can Do It Plumbing come back out!

Highly knowledgeable, professional, and communicative team. Once again, they swiftly diagnosed the problem (old sump pump needed to be replaced) and explained to me the different options and associated costs. After getting the part, the job was completed with thoroughness and efficiency — and they cleaned up after themselves, which I'm always grateful for. I really recommend We Can Do It for all your plumbing needs!

What a relief to have my plumbing issue taken care of in such a prompt and professional manner! They really took the time to explain to me problems with my clogged sink and some options for fixing. They also uncovered a serious problem related to water pressure that I'll need to have fixed. Real pros! Highly recommend!!

Five stars is truly not enough for Carbo at You Can Do It Plumbing! Our shower repair required the difficult sourcing of a specific European part, which Carbo handled with exceptional professionalism. Their communication was excellent—they constantly kept us updated and were completely straightforward and honest about the timeline and pricing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. This is the definition of ultimate customer service. "We Can Do It Plumbing" not only can do it but will do it-- come hell or high water. These miracle workers have now tackled major projects in my tiny bathrooms (original to the house when it was built in 1907). A plumber can barely squeeze into either of the rooms and the sizes of all the basic plumbing "connections" have changed dramatically over the past 100+ years. Before they can even "do it," they must "find" the rare parts -- which, of course, they do! Carbo and Lily are treasures-- they're both smart, capable and determined (dare I say dogged?) They are also good humored and always ready to explain things. The best!!

Carbo and Lily did a fantastic job replacing our sewage ejector pumps. Carbo did a very thorough investigation of the issue. They laid out the options clearly. There was no pressure to go for the more expensive options. Carbo and Lily were incredibly professional and courteous. Highest recommendations! You can’t go wrong using them for any plumbing issues.
